Amanda Nakhul is a Biomedical Sciences major at St. John’s University who plans on pursuing an MD/PhD. Her research interests include neuroscience, pediatrics, and the developing mind. When she is not working her current job as a Behavior Therapist, she volunteers at Columbia Irving Medical Center, Elmhurst Hospital, and the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, advocating for rural communities.
